DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY OF THE OFFERED 

WATER WELL CASING PIPES AND SCREENS / FILTERS   
WITH THE REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS

1. The blind water well casing and screen / filter pipes shall be manufactured using L235GA steel strip OR similar OR of higher quality in regards the chemical and mechanical performance. The supplier in such cases should provide documentary evidence that the alternative material offered are of equal or better quality.
2. The blind water well casing and screen / filter pipes shall be manufactured according the requirements of EN 10208-1:2009.
3. The blind water casing and screen / filter pipes shall be with made with a non-visual welding. In a straight line, without any added metal, using the ERW/HF (electric resistance welded with high frequency)..
4. The blind water casing and screen / filter pipes shall not having any be transverse welding, except their connection with the sockets.
5. The blind water casing and screen / filter pipes shall be fully straight.
6. The useful length of the blind water casing and screen / filter pipes shall be 6m, with a maximum deviation of +10cm, without taking into consideration the male threading.
7. The nominal external diameter of the blind water casing and screen / filter pipes shall be 219.1mm.
8. The nominal wall thickness of the blind water casing and screen / filter pipes shall be 6.3mm.
9. The screen/filters of the filter/screen pipes shall be manufactured according the requirements of DIN 4922 Part 1.
10. The screen / filter pipes shall be of the bridge slot type, having opening of 2mm +/-0.5mm.
11. The total openings surface shall be at least 8% of the total surface of the screen/filter pipes.
12. The blind water casing and screen / filter pipes and their sockets, shall be thermal galvanized.
13. The galvanizing of the blind water casing and screen / filter pipes and their sockets, shall be made after a suitable surface treatment (san-blasting).
14. The galvanizing of the water casing and screen / filter pipes and their sockets, shall be having at least 50μm thickness.
15. The sockets of the blind water casing and screen / filter pipes shall be made of the same material as indicated in above paragraph No.1.
16. The sockets of the blind water casing and screen / filter pipes shall be made accordingly the requirements in below paragraphs No.18 and No.19 and the below drawing.
17. The length and the thickness of the sockets for the blind water casing and screen / filter pipes shall at least 140mm long and 15mm thick, according the relative below drawing.
18. The sockets must be threaded, with a threading semicircular cross section is threaded, over one per 12.7mm and a total depth of 90mm approx., including the part of the deceased depth of approx. 12mm at the beginning and the end of threads and having a tolerance not more than 1.2mm as per below drawing
19. The sockets shall be clean from any machining remaining and fully fit between the male and female parts.
20. The sockets are welded by the end part of the pipes with a continuous welding and internally shall be fully concentric towards the pipe axis.
21. The above sockets / couplings welding with the pipe shall withstand a tensile strength of minimum 500KN. Regarding this requirement the delivered goods shall be accompanied with a relative testing report.
22. Before shipment and delivery, the offered shall be tested by SGS and Original testing reports referring for below requirements would be provided:-
- Testing results as per indicated in paragraph 22, concerning the welding strength of the pipes welding with the sockets / couplings.
- Chemical analysis of the manufacturing material.
- Certification concerning the diameter and the thickness of the pipes and the sockets and as well their galvanization thickness.
- Certification concerning the sockets manufacturing, according the requirements in paragraphs 18 and 19, and as well the attached drawing and its paragraph 1.2.1.
- Testing certification concerning the rusting of the delivered galvanizing according the requirements of EN ISO 9227:2006, with 168 hours duration.
- Quality control of the welding, verifying that these are in compliance with the requirements of EN 10208-1:2009.
- Certification of the laboratory that effect the above testing.          
23. ALL inspection/ testing certifications charges would be born from the manufacturer.
